No, but you can mark it CC3 here so people know attribution is required...
I'm pretty sure the author is telling you that attribution is not required if you're getting it from OGA. One asset can be given different licenses on different platforms. FYI, there are six different creative commons version 3.0 licenses. "CC3" doesn't mean much.
