This is an animated Sprite of a tribal medicine man or Voodoo style character with a walking stick and a heavy wooden mask.
It includes a 4-directional walking animation:
Plus an animation where he stomps his walking stick:
And one animation where his clothes dramatically sway in the wind, which may be used whenever magic shenanigans are happening:
He also comes with a Face graphic, which comes in a small version and in a larger bust-style one.
