The PalmPilot Personal and PalmPilot Professional are the second generation of Palm PDA devices produced by Palm Inc (then a subsidiary of U.S. Robotics). These devices were launched on March 10, 1997.

Nostalgic seeing that again.
I was big into Palm units around 2000-2001. I bought all the shades of Palm V and Vx devices, including clones and special editions. Silly. I trained their tech support lines during that brief period when they formed their own company and then their highly overinflated stock burst almost immediately and they couldn't afford US-based agents anymore. Too bad they didn't know what they were doing. They could have been big.
