I certainly wait for VN sprites!

The face of the man (which I would use for a teacher/mage) have too greenish spots IMO. It looks like you tried to stick to pallete so much so you sacrificed but I am not sure...

thanks @DustDFG, i would agree - most portraits i did before were in db-iso22 palette, and those three big ones here are in db32. i just wasn't able to get a good intermediate color between those two on the mage's face. the greens are a bit off. i think i just havent explored the palette fully yet, but thats about to change cause my next sprite set is in db32 :))
