Very cool!
Sweet! You probably don't need the actual file to be enlarged though. And the preview file could probably do with being only x2 or x3 enlarged so that it fits onscreen when you click on it. AFAIK the only reason to use a huge magnification in a preview is if the original is very small, to try and reduce the blurring that the main site views do to it when displaying the thumbnail. (Which still isn't very effective, but I do it anyway)
Is it hand-dithered? I'm 50-50 on whether this one is hand-dithered, because it tends to be about as difficult to get an algorithm to produce dithering exactly like that, as it is to do it by hand.
Hi FiveBrosStopMosYT
Thank you! I appreciate it :)
Hello Emcee Flesher!
Thank you for your detailed response.
First at first I changed size of preview picture. Yeah, it was too large for any monitor size, so now it looks better.
And the second thing is dithering... It's not hand-dithered because of complexity of execution, I create objects on a canvas with my hands, but something like shadows and dithering I usually make use of gradient tools.
And TBH I'm still learning and train of pixel art by following an article which helps me painting correctly and faster. I want to get better and improve my skills for GameDev as an indie developer.
This route is long, but I've already started:)
