A tower in the snow, submitted for the Eternal Ice round. 16:9 aspect ratio as generic story art for Wesnoth user-made campaigns. (I might model the tower as sprites at a later point...) A different, vector drawn style is also supplied.
27 Jan 11 - Added another painting in a similar style (though a fair bit more sloppy).

What software did you use, out of curiosity?

The painting'esque one is in Photoshop CS5. The vector one is Illustrator. I'm trying to figure out a way to generate "generic" story-art for Wesnoth... something that I can bang out once-an-hour (preferably twice, haha).
Great work. I've used the image in Battle for Wesnoth in the campaign "Strange Legacy" - its a free trading/rpg campaign and this picture represents the winter region in the north. I've sent you a pn in the bow forums an eternity ago, but you never replied.
