Based on a Calculator SVG on Openclipart.  This was a real rush job, so is very quirky.  Materials need to be changed to Principled BSDF to be exported to glTF, and the labels are offset from keys a tiny bit because extruding a "4" in blender causes the downstroke to go (literally) underneath the side stroke.
