Are you using the creature creator from SPORE? Looks totally like something that would come out of it
Yes I use creature of SPORE as "refenrence" but I draw this from scratch. Not sure about license thought.
Since you made the creature and are not using any of their assests (like textures) you are clean of license issues; someone correct me if im wrong.
I remember some really cool creatures coming out of that creature creator, i wouldnt mind to see more of these around from you.
