You can't post no-derivatives assets on OGA. Try reading the available licenses and if you don't want to post it under any of those terms then don't post it.
Surt is right. No Derivatives (and non commercial) is not compatible with any license on OGA. The "agreement" in the package doesn't match the licenses specified.
Would you be willing to remove the terms that conflict with CC BY, CC By-SA, and GPL?

Is it? The license.txt in the downloadable zip file still shows the "FontStruct Non-Commercial Software End User License Agreement 1.0" which is incompatible with the CC BY-SA license. Although the license is specifically for the use of the Font creation software and not for the use of the font itself (not that typefaces are protected by copyright in the U.S. to begin with), it is still confusing and appears to be directed at the use of the font itself.

Well, try download again and verify if it shows the correct terms of CC-BYSA 3.0
Now you must wait for OGA admins unlock the file here.
Maybe I'm missing something, but the reason I haven't unlocked the file here yet is because the zip file still contains the FontStruct Non-Commercial Software End User License Agreement 1.0 in it. I can see some wording in the description was changed around the time when you posted about the licence being changed, but the zip file is the same as it was before.

Your fontstruct link is "403 Forbidden"
Zip file hosted on mediafire still contains the old license.txt
In your other font submission, both outgoing links are broken.

They've been unlocked for over year now. But... what license are you talking about being updated? You updated the zip file here on OGA about 18 months ago (which is when the licensing flag was lifted) but the link to the mediafire zip file STILL shows the FontStruct Non-Commercial Software EULA, so I'm not sure what you're referring to.
File updated! Now, all links aim to CC BY-SA 3.0 packs.
