No textures, not unwrapped. Procedural grass. I have disabled it to reduce file size, in the particle settings of ground object, set the amount of particles to 7000 to enable back. Blender units in decimeters. The big table in the preview is unnecessarily high poly (2k faces) just to have smooth legs. Chairs are 36 faces each and small table is 20 faces. I may update big table if get time.
