The items in this set are my first try on a street setting. I used them for a RPGMaker MV test. The tileset should work fine and is able to expand. I kind of find this set pretty interesting. I had to take out the walls, since they will use the walls slot (A4) of RPGMaker. The same situation is with everything on the ground, wich uses also an slot (A2) on it's own. It comes also with a bunch of stuff you can put into the scene. You need something for a modern town setting. This could be everything you've searched for. 

It also works great with the naturals 01 and 03 that I've tried to create stylistically appropriate and match up.
