It is in the United States public domain, not sure if that applies worldwide like CC0 works. Generally it is the case that what's PD in one country by its rules may not be PD in another country. I am not sure aboput this specific case but for this reason I personally only consider CC0 works and "at least 100 years from author's death" works the "safe public domain" and stay away from anything else.

I blurred the Dell logos, I missed them before. As for anything else, I think this was adjudicated on my Public Domain First Person Pistols submission.
