Are sounds under ggj.gameproj/sounds released under CC-BY too? Or you have just forgot to delete them? They obviously include a lot of field recordings and sound design know-how, so it is questionable that a single person would go to such dedication to produce a sound pack for his game, instead of using royalty free sfxes. Also you say "It has everything... (NOT SOUNDS)"
