Names are pretty much unusable. scifiUnit_37? How about names like grey_worker or blue_civilian instead? They are also not consistent between retina and normal, so they cannot be swapped easily.
All units are static. Idle, Walking and if aplicable Action animations would be nice as well as different directions.
Tiles could use some "sci fi" tiles. Space and spacestation like tiles. They could perhaps be grabbed from another pack.
Structures could need some animations also, or extra tiles: "Building phase", "working animation", "damaged" and "destroyed".
I'm not sure if the tesla coil structure is animated or has cables, naming would clarify this, but if it is animated, a few more tiles wouldn't hurt.
