Here is another atmosphere/sound-scape. I started out thinking sci-fi FPS, and ended up with some pretty weird atonal stuff. I actually went back and made sure it was much less "modern", but I've been listening to too much serialism these days I guess. It is still very ackward, and even I don't really know what to think of it...I guess it would best fit a serious game, or something somewhat experimental.

I tried to play a lot with silence in this composition. Silence is such a strong tool. By the way, it isn't mixed at all, so if you ever feel like using this, I could definitely compress/EQ the hole thing a bit. I'd love to see how someone would incorporate this into a game :)

Cheers,

Special instructions:

If you ever use this and your game is a paid one, I'd require a free copy of said game. :)

Definitely like it! I imagine this as being a nice soundtrack for a any "Alien" movie :) Thanks for sharing.

Well, you never know. At least I see it as "concept art" :) I could use it for inspiration, someone else m.b. will use it in his/her game.

I'd love to use this and Dark Ambiance in my upcoming game, Fragile Soft Machines.  If you didn't mind equalizing them, I would be happy to provide you with a copy of the game when it is done. (I probably wouldn't use them unequalized, the peaks are way too strong)
If you're still around, anyway; I realize all of this is like two years old!  haha...

Uploaded the "Mastered" version for mademoiselle berry :) Mainly just compression and I widened the mix a lot to give a greater feeling of depth, and also make sure it doesn't interfere with dialog/SFX/anything that needs player attention.

Mixed at 0VU calibrated at -20dbFS (K-System) so don't complain it's not loud enough, you deaf HipHop listeners :P (ROFL).
