various sprites and icons i made for my game some years ago. they are in a hellish format of 60x60, you can use them if you dare

also i joined these together from original files with a python script, and at least one tile that i saw got ligma and became corrupted to sh*t idk why, i dont have time to fix it OR the script so shrug emoji i guess

ah all the separate tiles are available in non-ligma form here https://gitlab.com/pebonius/descent-danaidra/-/tree/master/DescentIntoDa...

license cc0 but if you want to you can give credit by linking to my itch page https://pebonius.itch.io/

EDIT: adding some smaller icons from the same game

File(s):
tiles.png tiles.png 116.6 Kb [117 download(s)]

These seem to have very different art styles from each other. What were the various references used?

do they? i thought they look a bit consistent at least but idk 🦧 for most of these i dont think i used a reference, rather just doodled in ms paint until i got something that looked usable in the game. maybe they'd look more consisent if they had a limited color palette or something :)))

i mean im pretty sure i looked online at some photos when drawing some of the objects, like the piece of meat or the anvil? does that help?

It does. Thank you. The reason I ask is because a few of these look like edits of other images, not just objects inspired by other art. I have to be sure they don't inadvertently violate copyright.

ah ok i get it - no these are not edits, they were hand drawn ant dont rely heavily on other images, for some of them i looked at photos as general reference for color/ shape, but they are made from scratch
