Tense chiptune suitable for that "villain-explains-her-plans-to-her-minions-cutscene", that's at least what I'm going to use it for. It could also be used for something like a ghost house. It has both happy and sad parts, but an overall gloomy feel.
The title is irrelevant, because this started as an entirely different kind of song so yeah
