This is non-free content as explained by the author in another post... CC0 is incorrect and the material can not be redistributed.
Im the author, you can redistrubute it . . . (no copyrighted)
Ok.. so why did you write in the other submission (with the exact same submission text) that the art was merely "roality free" and redistribution etc. (all which CC_by or CC0 grant) was not allowed?
