This is an old, beaten-up doormat that has seen everything. The perfect place for naive villains to hide their keys or for more realistic homes than the ones you typically see in video games.
The polygon count is relatively high due to the fact that a normal map will only look believable for small dents and bumps in a VR system. In adition to the high poly mesh, there is also a low-poly mesh (useful for LOD groups, shadows, physics, etc.) included.
This zip file features texture map (4096 x 4096), ambient occluision map, normal map and specular map. Transparency will work best if you use "fade" as rendering mode in Unity (or equivalent in other game engines).
