Patterns and Cursors
Like the Notebook Paper pack, I found these little images sitting in the deep recesses of my recovered hard drive files. Believe it or not, they were a throw back to the days when I was learning Web Design in the hopes of starting my own business and learning how to do pixel art. Unfortunately, I never got that buisness off the ground, but these deserve a second chance at life, and that's why I'm officially releasing them to the public domain. You might have even seen some of these out in the wild, because I did make a few websites with them (and gave some graphics to various friends for use in their forums.)
There are over 20 graphics with variations in patterns and color. Some, like the scales, can even be used in 3-D models as a texture. Also included are four small Windows cursors (.cur) files for use on your own PC, or if you can implement them into your game. I've also included .png versions of said files so that you can use them as icons or even cursors in games where .cur files are not supported.
Let these unique images become the living proof that old can be new again.
Released for commercial and private use. Public Domain.
Updated Information: The programs I used to make these patterns and tiles are: MS Paint, Photoshop 6.0, and Pixel Toolbox 1.1.

You know, these might just have some use actually. Good call, uploading them here.
I really hope they do. It would be a shame for these beautiful textures to go to waste. They have such a sweet, nostalgic feel to them to me for some reason. I guess it's because these little tiny graphics are the ones that I started learning to draw Pixel Art with. Start small, work up, as they always say.
I was also experimenting with gradients, as you can see. I wish I could remember the program I made some of these assets with -- it was a desktop wallpaper/cursor design program, which is what helped me getting the tiles just right, especially for the army fatigue pattern.
I know that some of them were also created/recolored in either MS Paint or Photoshop 6.0. I just can't remember which was which.
UPDATE: I remember the program I used to make the cursors and tiled patterns! It was called Pixel Toolbox 1.1 and I just recently downloaded it again after searching forever for it. You'll be able to expect more great patterns from me in the future now!
