my submission for the tempest in the aether art competition.

broken down into components for separate uvs. Contains separate uvs for all major body parts; head, torso, arms, hands, legs, feet.

all maps are 1024 pics square and contain a normal, spec, and colour map.The model itself is 1590 tris.

model is in .obj format. maps are in .tga or .bmp format.

in the photos the head is detatched for ease of modeling, in the wireframe screen shot you can see the demensions of it with its head in the proper place.

If you can add the original layerd files as well that would be awsome :D

Also the obj seems to have some lost data (smooth groups specifically), if you want to upload the original or some other formats as well that would be cool.

ill try and upload them in the next couple of days here, the original file was made in 3d coat, and takes a while to upload the zip cause of its size and poor internet connection, i'll also try and get a couple different file types uploaded

You could also download blender import the obj and just fix the smoothing, that may be easier ;)

k, i uploaded the original 3d coat file, i'm not sure what isues with smoothing you're talking about are... Are the quads making weird angles when they are converted into tris (i know it looked like it might be hapening with the head shell)? i'll take a look at it and see what i can do.
