On your page it states these are for non-commercial and educational purposes only. The CC-By license you've selected here allows for commercial use. Are you ok releasing it here under a different license from that on your PennSound page?
Sure. This file starts with my name, and has been all over the net; a hit on sites like Soundclick and hearthis.at, etc.
The game thing is to make this a taster of Aughts Philly art. Big game.
Cool. Since you mentioned the intro of the file twice, I'm guessing that's an important component to you: under the CC-By license, users are allowed to alter the track and adapt it to their own game. This could include removal of the intro. They still have to credit you, but it may not be using the intro. Just want you to be aware.
