The sounds are of very high quality. Are you sure they don't come from pay-per-use sound bank?
Thank you it was for a commercial game so sound must of have been good quality, to answer your questions yes thy all are owned by me and my friend who is a profesionall musician he helped me get from my sounds that extra crisp and helped in creating some as well
and yes i have permision from him to distribute them as public domain.
Thank you for the answer. There were a few previous acccidents. For example GPL-licensed Monster RPG 2 used some non-free clipart and sounds.

its something anyone who want to release a commercial game should be aware of
