My first time sharing any of my art. I thought this looked pretty good and decided to share it with others. The model was created in blender and textures were made in substance painter for use in Unity.

Looks really good, especially the texture. But just for the sake of it, naginata should have a longer shaft. They are generally crafted so that the shaft is as tall as the wielder. Sword part is generally a short sword, shorter than 50cm.
