First Person Dungeon Crawl - More Tilesets
These are some tiles I've modified based on Clint Bellanger's First Person Dungeon Crawl Art Pack and XCVG's Ascension Adventure Tiles.
Be sure to check out Heroine Dusk and Ascension: Adventure!
Some of the tiles included are:
- corrected simple pixel errors in "tree_evergreen_b.png" "water_b.png"
- recolored dungeon door in "dungeon_door_b.png" found at Heroine Dusk github
- monochrome subset, dithered in black and white
- quadrochrome subset with background, inspired by GBStudio
- CGA paletted subset
- grey stone dungeon tileset
- a door with a lock that was missing from the Ascension: Adventure tileset
- a recolored wooden floor found in Heroine Dusk github repo
I will continue to add tiles to this entry as I create/finalize them.
640x120 pixel images should be credited to Clint Bellanger. 1280x480 pixel images are derivative works by XCVG.

This is amazing OptimusDu, I've been looking for art like this to start a project with, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thank you.
Agreed! looks good.
Under CC-BY-SA, you should be sure to copy the text of all the sources attribution instructions as well.
You bet! :)
Thank you MedicineStorm! I edited the entry and tried to include the original sources' attribution. I also added some linkbacks. I hope this is sufficient since I really enjoy my part in the free culture community.
Thanks capesword! Be sure to check out Heroine Dusk and Ascension Adventure for the original artwork as well as some fun gaming.
Yep, that's great! Thanks for taking the extra time to preserve the attribution lineage. :)
I've added some experimental "underwater" tiles and rearranged some of the other tile sets. Thanks a lot fo Clint Bellanger for providing this excellent game art for reuse and remixing!
