As much as I would absolutely love to use these in a morrowind mod; I know nothing about GPL.

GPL2 is fine.
Nice design
These books are amazing! I did some work in Blender to make open versions of these. Now a historian walks around a library opening these and reading them while telling your character a story through cutscenes.
