This looks great; very real, as if it is used a lot.
It appears that the diffuse image, "medi.png", is missing. Other than that, it's great to see a well crafted texture.

Thank you! Using this as a container where my player can find it on the ground or in items. first phase it is in the world as closed, after player interaction it changes to the open image and players can find random med suplies inside! Thanks!
