This is a photoshop file of a loading bar I was practicing, but animated it with video animating in photoshop, so the download is the original photoshop file I used with the layers included. There was a nice a valuable tutorial for doiing this on youtube. But when I ocnverted into a gif file, I noticed some glitch in the animation when I saved it as legacy and previewing it on my phone, though it looked fine on my laptop?
