Learn2D HTML Game Engine
Description and Notes:
This is a game engine that I developed with the assistance of Michael Kummer on IRC over the last couple of weeks. I found out about the contest late so we probably only spent about a week of actual development on it.
The current features are very limited - we didn't get a chance to make a full game, but you can walk around in the multiplayer world and slash people with the knife. That's about it!
The goal is to have extensible, user-exposed scripts in the /client/modules/ folder so teachers can use this as an interactive tool to help their students understand computer programming in a 2D environment. We will be continuing work on this project after the LPC.
