Some self promo: Finally got around to making Surge Rescue Game 3!

These are the sprites used in-game, plus some other clothes I had planned to use but never did for this one. The base sprites are Black, White, Asian, both male and female. There is a colour palette so you can just use 1 and recolour in-game if you're tight on space for a game jam.
The cervine sheet is the same size as the base sprite. The gremlin and unfinished goblin are thinner, and the troll is wider.

All sprites except the troll and gremlin/goblin can share, mix and match, all clothes and weapons.

The sheets can be laid on top of each other to create the look you are going for. All sheets are the same size, so just layer them directly- no need to worry about alignment. It should go, base sprite, clothes, hair, headwear, weapon. Just play around and see what works.

Finally, a link to the original sprite [Classic Hero].

Note: These sprites are not exactly the same, the outline style is slightly different, so if you want to be backward compatible you'll need to reapply the outer line.
