An Isometric rendering template I made in Blender. Uses Blender's internal rendering engine and a simple light setup.

Main source of setting up was Age of Empires 2.

Have fun rendering awesome stuff :)

If you render something, dont be shy and share it here. I'd like to see.

I don't use Blender myself, but isometric art is always a treat to look at. Really great lighting there as well.

Is the town center building from Age of Empires CC0?

It is nice to find such detailed designs.

The town center is only for preview on how stuff can look with this setup. Its not in the actual file, nor CC0.

Hi Nanomesh, I have been looking for a long time for the kind of castle assets you use as an example here. I know you have indicated they are not freely available, so I was just wondering what particular project you were using them for and whether or not you were interested in either sharing them or possibly engaging in another (non-open-source) way?

Hi, the castle is just a quick test thing I made to show off the renderign sooo its not available anywhare.
But its just uses the blenders wall factory addon and its really easy to make one for yourself :).
