how does one get art afficidio medal?

Hi all,
Just a query, how does one get the art afficidio medal? Does one have to just write in the 2D or 3D art content forum posts below the art or one has to rate the art in order to get the art afficidio medal?
Just mark five art pieces as favorites, and you should be good to go. :)
I know it so easy to get and you can cheat your way to it. rofl
