Actual historic renaissance music from 1597 by John Dowland, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Dowland. His works are public domain today, and I release my render of his song as CC0, too. It was originally intended for lute or lute plus various instruments. So instrumentation-wise my render is a little ahead of time and sounds more baroque. This might fit well in historic contexts, espescially as actual in-game music, originating from in-game objects.

Have fun and feel free to send me a link to your project!
