Included is a free "orb" or "globe" to use for displaying health & mana (or fury, wrath, spirit, arcane energy, etc.).

The "fill" .PNG is white by default, so that's the one to tint red/blue/etc. in your Game Dev software.

Update 1.1!
Added a new, darker Panel with action bar slots. PSD is included, check it out!
This update is to go along with my new Inventory.

Thank you @foz & @mold!

I had a lot of fun making them and thought somebody out there could use them as well.
