Just some dude who wears a cap and shoots down "anything" in sight (well, anything he considers bad). Meant for folks who can develop but can't draw or make their own characters.
The size of the platformer sprites varies but it's required that you slice them at 32x32 (minus the top-down ones obviously which are 16x16) if you do wanna slice them up
