In the beginning of my current project, I made higher resolution versions of pixel assets. The original can be found in the cc0 scraps by Surt.

It's not the cleanest and I know the spots were intended as a lighting affect, however I have my own shaders to make this happen in game and my texture pages are compressed, so the sloppiness is covered up. Maybe someone can make some use of this :)
