Now this is really really old. xD This was a free request from a while back but I believe it was never used. The requestee didn't give much of a description about what the character looked like and gave no reference images so the design is mine and I'm free to share this.

One person mentioned it reminded them of Hunger Games (this was long before the movies came out). I was curious so I ended up reading the book series because of this. XD It's good.

It's kind of embarassing to post my really old stuff but if someone can make use of it, why not, right? :D
