Well, it's Ruby via RPG Maker XP. So "RGSS."
I wouldn't say it's difficult, but if you're a noob coder like me it can be annoying. And sure thing, she actually will be playing a huge role as a wind goddess. She basically serves the equivalent of Link's fairy in Ocarina of Time but a little more useful ;)

use jpg only if u have a lot of colors and no transparent background - in this case you should use png as it supports transparency and doesnt mess up the gfx. if you zoom in you can see that there is some 'noise' on your jpg which i removed by decreasing color count on my recolor
