A work in progress: a 3d dwarf female (still missing her clothers...).
Generated via MakeHuman, rendered via Blender.
Animated with a imported .bvh using MakeHuman's blendertools (click the .gif preview ).

Any feedback will be appreciated, I'm still learning my way on those tools.

Planned next steps:
- add a beard!
- work on some medieval clothing, including armor pieces and weapons.

Done since previous post:
- no more shadow below belly;
- .bvh animation import on blender worked flawlessly.
