I took a leg warmer I had laying around and rustled it around; it's compressed and has noise reduced but it's multiple clips worth and has gaps between rustles so you should probably edit it. I initially recorded this because there weren't any that fit my criteria (at least on cc0) and thought I might as well make it available to others :P so here you go! Feel free to use for whatever, I don't care if you credit (really, it took a few seconds to record and edit).
