I needed an EKG monitor to show health for a game I'm working on, so I made one myself. I was pretty pleased with the result, so I decided to share it under Public Domain.
There are three of them here, 32 by 32 pixels. There's a green "OK" status, a yellow "CAUTION" status, and a red "DANGER" status.
Attribution Instructions:
