This is the dragon made by thedirtyvms (Link: https://opengameart.org/content/dragon-5) colorchanged for use with the ohrrpgce. I reduced it colors so it can be used with a color palette of 16 colors.
It has it's toung stuck out, there is also a version with a moustache. Since it is made to use in the OHR its color palette can be alterd easily. License is cc0, just like thedirtyvms's dragon.
