Here's a cool looking dragon that I made a few days ago. :)

The file includes a 4 frame animated dragon head, one body part, and some flames. Also there is a "disassembled" version of the head where the upper head and the lower jaw of the dragon are separated, so that you can use both of them as separate sprites and create smoother mouth animation that way.

Nice. This reminds me of Chuck Rock. The first thing I checked was to see if the ball was a separate piece.

Yes, I remember that Chuck Rock 2 had a dragon/dinosaur made with a somewhat similar technique. But my main inspirations for this one were the dragons in Saint Dragon and Dragon Breed...Just one head + one ball, and the end results look quite cool. :)
