Small tip: It would be helpful to include the grid size of all images like that (also your other submissions). Tags like 16x16, 24x24 and so on, so people don't have to download, check and see it's not the size they need. I know your link tells it as 32x32 is written in the URL, but if you include that as a hashtag, people can actually search for items in that size.
