A demon. The obj comes with the model in obj format + diffuse and normal map. The blend file has the model (rigged, not sure of how well though), + diffuse and normal map, in both png and gimp file types and the original high poly sculpt.

That's actually really cool! it looks like he is straight from Serious Sam. Stuff like this makes me want to become a better programmer and learn 3D already.
