This is chiptune music with a funky lo-fi sound. This is using FM sounds, so a bit more 16bit than 8bit chiptune. It has interesting drum and bass parts, along with some horns and bells. The bass is a bit of the foucs on this one, trying to get a chiptune slap bass sound in it. 

The main riff has a nice steady headbobing feel to it. 

This loops twice, and is fairly long. It could easily be cut down to function more as background music.
