I made a modular / customizable character pack containing:
A gimp file with a different parts (base / skin, shoes, pants, top parts, hair and more stuff)
and
16 sample characters
I started modifying some characters from Kenneys RPG Urban Pack (CC0), created more characters and splitted these in parts.
