This reuses one family of the cursors from here:

Then adds a few more.
And then copies for all of them, rotated around (8,8) by 8° for the "pressed" (mouse down) state. These are the cursors with odd sequence numbers.
Since they're not clipped at the top left, you can play with imagemagick fuzz factors to get them closer to intuitively usable (eg. with: mogrify -fuzz 1% -trim).
