The restriction "Please do not resell the assets individually." is not really enforceable under the CC0 license. In fact, there are no licenses on OGA that permit it. I get why you put that on the attribution notice, but it creates weird legal pitfalls that make the asset very difficult to use at all. Would you be willing to omit that restriction.
