I got clarification via email that by-3.0 is the correct license.

They were made for the side-scrolling action RPG Ardentryst.

This includes

• A hooded boss just standing there
• A blue spider and also a brown spider wiggling its feet (moving)
• A blue giant one-eyed jelly/slime moving
• A huge spikey snail moving as well as a much smaller snail doing the same
• A slender ninja just standing and reacting (1 frame each)
• A nyx/fairy just flying (3 frames)
• A flesh-eating plant with vines (green/red), as well as a more foul variant of it (brown/purple)
• A person with grey hair, brown scarf, green top, dark mustard yellow pants, brown shoes and a long weapon on their back, standing and walking
• A bat flying
• An ice monster (snow ogre) smashing ,walking, appearing out of snow,
• A wasp flying wiht a death frame
